This is a great list!

I, too, would like to see more resolution to the Stormstout storyline. And I was so touched by Chen's invitation to Ella that I felt like it would be shortchanging Ella to ask her to come to my farm.

A Tillers wedding would be awesome! Tina has the biggest crush on Yoon, but he has a bit of a crush on Gina... it could be a questline full of funny romantic comedy hijinks.

More farming in future expansions? I have pondered how this could be accomplished myself. More Lorewalkers, expanding them to the other continents? Yes, this should be done!

And why oh why is there not a corgi pet in-game yet? I was rather disappointed when the Winter Veil gift wasn't that cool wind-up corgi from under the Greench's tree. Come on, Blizz!

I feel that the real driving force behind the Horde's depth of character (certainly for the Faction leaders and the primary NPCs) is the fact that the unity of the Horde is preposterous.

No sane being would trust Sylvanas at this point and few with a working brain would tolerate Garrosh either. The main threat driving the Tauren to join has passed, the Darkspear have seen the might of the other Trolls repeatedly crushed and our BElf friends have no real enemies with Outland handled AND Arthas a bad memory. Why, exactly, does the Horde exist? Inertia?

Excepting the fact that Varian as sole rightful autocrat is puerile, the Alliance is actually a logical and functional Aliiance. The component bits have a coherent reason to remain a unified organization, so making the lore support the obvious is less critical. I think Varian remains perched atop the Alliance because Blizzard decided that depicting rule by council lacked clarity.

We have to have compelling stories for the Horde's component members because the Horde as such is becoming progressively sillier. Blizz can skate on depth for the Alliance side of things because their backstories still make sense.

Hell, my main is Alliance and even I'm annoyed with how one-sided the morality is in terms of storylines. I thought we were going to get shades of grey on both sides in MoP. I thought the whole point was that both sides [MEEP]ed up big time and that they both had blame in causing the Sha to be unleashed.

Nope! Varian can do no wrong, and the rest of the Alliance leaders are clueless chumps. Garrosh is EVIL~!, and the rest of the Horde is impotent. And I loathe the fact that Jaina's justifiable rage at this point is seen as Wrong & Irrational, whereas Varian got off scott-free FOR YEARS being a xenophobic cockbib. I'm terrified she's going to be set up to be killed off or fridged "for her own good" just for the sake of Varian to get EVEN MORE spotlight time and pump up his manpain.

Reminds me a little of this, actually:

I don't really buy that good is always boring, but then, given that WoW is trying to be all "hey, we haz WAR" and such, they could use a few "Well Intentioned Extremists" messing up the place.

...and yes, I used two TV Tropes links in one comment. Apologies if that makes your site explode. :)

I took advantage of the difficulty/experience bonus differently. Mind you I just tried this last night, but I was able to do several pets to 10+ and one or two to 25. I used my lvl 25 nether faerie (rare) and lvl 25 bear (uncommon), plus a lvl 1. Headed into the vale and battled a wild pet, first battle down BOOM the level 1 pet skyrocketed to level 5. Each battle earned 1-2 levels until 16 or so. Part of the reason this worked so well was that all the wild pets in the vale are either aquatic or flying. The base spells of the nether faerie have bonus damage to aquatic and flying pets. I hardly had to bring out the bear, AND the stable master is just over at the shrine when you need it. All the pets I leveled were rare, so I only had one low level death, which was a lvl one against a rare strider which put a dot on it.

Honestly, this wasn't something I did because the pets I originally leveled were a corehound pup, mechanical dragonling, and little deathwing and all those pets start at level 1 and can't be found in the wild. It was easier for me to do it that way and beat the tamers along the way as I leveled them.
